I just got back from some Food and Wine Festival Goodness, Magic Kingdom time and opening night of the Osborne Family Spectacle of Disney Lights. All and All a fantastic quick trip.
Of course I need to do a proper recap, but I have to first mention an amazing treat we were introduced to by friends. Who knew that something could be the icing on a cake of Holiday fun watching the lights, while in Disney, gearing up for the Holidays – but it was. And speaking of the icing…the icing… I don’t even know the words to do it justice – so delicious.
The Holiday Cupcake can be found on New York Street at MGM (Hollywood Studios), of course with a fabulous presentation. ‘Tis the season for Gingerbread houses – so why not a Gingerbread flavored cupcake? The cream cheese icing – have I mentioned how good that was? It was SO good!
